History:
One of the few wizards remaining on earth, Douglas is considered one of the most powerful. Originally from a small city in Texas, Douglas honed his powers at a young age with the help of his best friends growing up, Marie Michaels and Avery Beaumont, who were also wizards. This proved useful to Douglas when Marie became the head of DAB (Demonry Authority Bureau), an organization that monitors and controls the demon life in the human world. Marie hired Douglas and Beaumont on as special agents due to their extraordinary talents with magic. The trio seemed more than qualified for their postilions, until Beaumont, slowly growing crazed with power, murdered a team of demons and stole their powers to make himself stronger. Douglas and Marie tried to detain him, but were easily defeated with Beaumont's new power. While capturing his once best friend was his main priority, he has been unsuccessful.
Recently, Douglas was given the mission of studying the mysterious Rabbit Men, who have resided on a secret island for thousands of years. He was able to get cultural help from the princes of the island, especially Gene, who was more than ready to learn about humans.

Relationships:
Doug spends most of his time with Gene, learning about rabbit culture and teaching Gene his own. Though he usually doesn't click too well with Valentine, the two plan missions together since both are battle-savvy. He enjoys creating new spells with Amarcus, the only rabbit member who has a lot of experience with magics. He has slowly developed feelings for Amarcus, due to the two spending more time than usual monitoring missions together. Adon manages The Year of the Rabbit building, so Doug has a more professional relationship with him.
