Gene has been trained to be a warrior all his life, and he's naturally faster than the other rabbit princes. All 4 rabbit princes have an additional power, Gene has an empathy power, which I only mentioned once in the story. To elaborate, Gene can sense the presence of others around him and can tell if their intentions are positive or negative, so it can be a little hard to spy on him.
Recently in the story, Valentine and Amarcus awoke a comatose Gene by giving him a little bit of their soul. When this happened, he gained an extra power, he became super-strong like Valentine. He also developed a heart-shaped birthmark on his right cheek. Though super strong, he's still not as strong as Valentine, but he's still a powerhouse
